Position Overview: We're seeking a dynamic Lodging & Facility Operations Team Leader to manage our eco-focused accommodation while fostering a vibrant community atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily lodging operations regarding our Holiday Voluntarism Arrangements
  • Coordinate facility maintenance
  • Oversee volunteering guest services and bookings
  • Lead volunteer teams
  • Organize community events
  • Maintain operational standards
  • Implement sustainable practices

Community Living Duties:

  • Lead evening community meetings
  • Coordinate communal living spaces
  • Organize community events
  • Manage volunteer schedules
  • Foster positive community atmosphere

 Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years hospitality experience
  • Facility management background
  • Leadership experience
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Valid driver's license
  • Fluent in English (additional languages a plus)
