Welcome to Vicky's Keys Heritage Agrarian Campus & Residency

—Sint Maarten’s first intentional residency and learning hub dedicated to regenerative agriculture, heritage restoration, and climate resilience.

Our campus offers immersive, cohort-based residencies where every resident is part of a living legacy. Here, learning is hands-on, community is central, and every contribution supports the restoration and renewal of The Keys Village. We are no longer a hostel or volunteer accommodation—we are a campus. Each residency is structured with weekly sessions, fieldwork, heritage circles, and applied projects, all within a supportive, standards-driven environment.

Join us for a transformative academic year and help shape the future of Caribbean agriculture and heritage.

Our Mission

Vicky’s Keys is Sint Maarten’s first heritage agrarian campus and intentional residency, rooted in the historic lands of Plantation Succour. We exist to reclaim agricultural knowledge from the plantation past, foster post-slavery empowerment, and train the next generation of Caribbean regenerative leaders.

Our campus is a living classroom for heritage restoration, agrarian research, and sustainable innovation. We welcome residents, fellows, and partners committed to land stewardship, food sovereignty, and cultural renewal.

What We Offer
  • Heritage Agrarian Residency: Live, learn, and contribute to land restoration and knowledge recovery.
  • HAICI Academic Partnerships: Participate in research, fellowships, and digital learning with the Heritage Agrarian Institute of Caribbean Innovation.
  • Residency Housing: Stay in learning residences designed for intentional living and collaboration.
  • Community Impact: Join projects in land reclamation, permaculture, and post-slavery reconciliation.
Why Vicky’s Keys?
  • Historic campus with deep roots in Sint Maarten’s agrarian and cultural legacy
  • Focused on empowerment, education, and sustainable development
  • A hub for business nomads, scholars, and changemakers
  • Aligned with global grant, academic, and cultural restoration initiatives
